Visiting The Mouse

We let the holiday crowds die down and returned to visiting "the mouse" today! We also let the measel scare make it's way through the park while we steered clear of all things Mickey during Christmas time. Today, Disneyland was still busy but not jam packed like it was throughout December. We hadn't been to Disneyland in a few weeks, and that's a long time for us, so it was fun going today to enjoy the 2015 version of the parks.

I imagine it's going to only get tougher to load up the stroller and navigate through Disneyland with two kiddos so I'm savoring every moment of "mommy and Ryder J" dates while it's just the two of us.  I can give him my undivided attention and my sole focus is him and what he wants to do -- something that might not come so easily when baby Joy arrives.  Is it weird that I'm kind of getting sad that it just won't be the two of us anymore? Don't get me wrong, I cannot wait for our little girl to be here but I've literally breathed, slept and eaten (not actually eaten but I have been tempted to bite him out of love gush before) all things Ryder Jeremiah, that it's difficult for me to imagine how different things will be with two little munchkins. I'm sure the "new normal" will be absolute bliss and one of my major issues will be which one to bite first!

Until then, I'm savoring every second of my time with Ryder J afterall, next to his father, he's the best date in the world!
Ryder is obviously a Dale fan but Chip said he was sleeping.
Ryder plopped himself a curb seat while watching a show at California Adventure.
Saw the Aladdin show and would highly recommend! Ryder sat through the entire thing. I was impressed!
We always have Disney dates with some friends - today we went with Kelly, Francine and Anthony.
After Disneyland, Daddy came home from work early (early for daddy is 5pm) so we could enjoy some family time together.  We walked to the RSM lake, ate dinner and ended the evening with some frozen yogurt.
Oh and forgot to mention that Ryder is a fan of brushing his teeth these days! He's sure to brush all 8 of his teeth.
