12 Blissful Hours!

So Ryder slept 12 blissful, straight hours last night! He went right down at 7pm, with only a 5 minute fuss, and didn't wake up until 7:15am this morning! It was wonderful! Kind of reminded of us the "pre-palate surgery days". We knew we'd get back to 10-12 hour nights eventually and dare I say it....we might be closer than we think! It was SUCH a transition for us post-surgery, when he was hardly, sleeping because we were SO used to putting him down between 6pm-7pm and waking up to a rested baby 12 hours later! He was happy as a lark this morning (even after we made him play in his crib until 7:45am). It was WONDERFUL! Around 10am he went down for another hour or so (love my sleepy boy) and then we took off to Disneyland to celebrate cousin Skylar's 1st birthday! Only the coolest babies celebrate their 1st birthdays at the happiest place on earth! And although we missed daddy, we still had a great time at Disneyland - we even met Minnie Mouse!
