Cake, Cake & More Cake!

Since today was Ryder's "last day" of solid foods for at least 2 weeks, we let him eat just about everything and anything, including cake. One of our sweet neighbors, Charlotte, made this super cake for Ryder. He LOVED it and we let him dig in! 

Ryder had just woken up from a 2.5 hour nap so he might have been half asleep in these photos. 

He cannot take his eyes off of the cake. 

Surprisingly enough, the sugar high ran out and he was ready for bed a few hours later. After tearfully praying over Ryder Jerrmiah, we kissed our sweet baby boy goodnight!
