Surgery Month

It's officially here - September.  Ryder Jeremiah's palate surgery is a short 12 days away....technically 11 if you don't count today. I can't help but think about it all. Of. The. Time. It hangs over my head like a dark cloud that won't go away no matter which direction I look. I wish I could fast forward to December of this year so I wouldn't have to watch Ryder suffer. Oh how I wish I could make him "all better."

My mom gave me a sign the other the day that reads "don't worry about tomorrow because God's already there."  How true that sign is! Exactly what I need to be reminded of day after day. I can't worry about tomorrow because God IS already there! And if I'm too busy worrying about tomorrow, then I'll miss out on all of the preciousness of today....

Ryder Jeremiah and his cousins. I love each and every one of them. My heart is full!

Warning----the following photos contain A LOT of cuteness!

Matthew 6:33–34

33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
