Another Surgery

Well, we made it 3 months without having to schedule another surgery but today, while at the doctors, Ryder Jeremiah's ears were getting checked and his pediatrician noticed that his right ear tube has fallen out and is just hanging out in his ear canal as we speak. I need to call Ryder's ENT to make an appointment so we can schedule ear tube replacement surgery in the New Year.  Not exactly the news I wanted to hear but given the list of surgeries Ryder's had/needs I'll take this one before any of the other ones.  It's just frustrating because I HATE that he has to be put under anesthesia...again! 

Good news? Ryder's been battling a cough/runny nose for nearly two weeks now and he's finally turning a corner as of today (so we think). We have antibiotics just in case he relapses over the holidays but we're hoping he continues to get better day by day, afterall....he has a surgery to get better for [insert angry/frustrated face]. 

Trying to keep entertained while waiting for the pediatrician.  I didn't want him walking around barefoot so I put his shoes on.
