Sunday Funday!

Our weekends normally fly by. One moment it's Friday and next thing I know, I'm making my husband's Monday lunch. This weekend felt longer than usual and it was wonderful! It probably felt longer because I stayed up past midnight both Friday and Saturday night! That's a far-fetched idea for a pregnant, stay-at-home mama constantly chasing a 17-month old.  My husband was impressed with my ability to stay up passed sundown, given that I'm solar powered.

Yesterday was another fun-filled day. After Ryder's morning nap if was off to Disneyland followed by some more Christmas lights!

All aboard the choo-choo train on Main street!
Next it was the Main Street Christmas parade. We've actually have never seen it before.
Then it was off to get a photo with Santa at California Adventure. That didn't go so well....
He was fine when mommy and daddy joined the picture.
Now time for dinner at downtown Disney where a balloon elephant was made for Ryder J. This entertained him just long enough for mommy and daddy to scarf down some pizza slices.
We ended the night with a viewing of Christmas lights in Nellie Gail/Laguna Hills. It was pretty awesome!
Ryder Jeremiah clapped for lights!
One of the decorated homes passed out donuts, apple cider and even let people tour the inside.
The evening ended with a bath, bedtime snuggles and a bedtime book read by none other than daddy!
