We are pretty sure this is how Ryder Jeremiah says lights - it sounds more like "Ighks" and it's so precious! Since he can't make the "t" sound, we think he's trying to substitute the "k" sounds for it. And that's perfectly ok! We'll take it!
Last night, daddy got home from work a bit earlier than normal, and we explored some local Christmas lights. It's so fun to experience Christmas through the eyes of a 17-month old! He just loves the Christmas lights and was in awe of all of the decorations. We visited a couple of neighborhoods but plan on exploring a couple of more neighborhoods in the coming week.
The downside to checking out Christmas lights is that it makes our house lights look boring! We are gathering up some fun decorating ideas for next year though...
